Which one wins?

Neither — they are complementary, not competing. The classic research pairing is ipamorelin + CJC-1295 (no DAC) because ipamorelin drives the pulse while CJC-1295 amplifies it. Alone, ipamorelin is the cleaner GHRP; CJC-1295 alone is the more sustained GH baseline shifter.

Mechanism: pulse vs amplitude

DAC vs no-DAC

CJC-1295 comes in two forms. Without DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), half-life is ~30 minutes — ideal for pairing with short-acting ipamorelin. With DAC, half-life extends to ~8 days, giving a sustained GH baseline rather than pulses. Most research protocols use no-DAC for cleaner pulsatile signalling.

Handling notes
