02 · Combined mechanistic rationale

BPC-157 dominates the angiogenic/cytoprotective literature (VEGFR2 upregulation, GH-receptor expression, NO-pathway modulation). TB-500 dominates the cell-migration and actin-reorganisation literature. In rodent tendon, muscle and vascular models the two are frequently combined because a healing response usually needs both new vasculature and directed cell migration into the defect — no single peptide covers both cleanly.

03 · Handling, reconstitution and storage

Lyophilised each stack component is stored at -20 °C, desiccated, protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (0.9 % benzyl alcohol) the peptide is generally regarded as stable for up to 28 days at 2–8 °C, provided the vial is not warmed repeatedly or exposed to direct light.
